FAQ
How do I claim the AK BETS welcome bonus?
To claim your welcome bonus, click the 'participation' button when viewing the promotion. By clicking this button, you automatically confirm your participation and agree to the bonus terms and conditions. The bonus will then be credited to your account.
What are the wagering requirements for the welcome bonus?
Bonuses are credited with a wagering requirement that must be completed within a specified timeframe. Only bonus money can be used to fulfill wagering requirements. The exact wagering requirement multiplier or amount is detailed in your specific promotion terms—click the 'Details' button to view the complete conditions for the bonus you claimed.
Which games can I use my bonus on?
For Sports bonuses, you can wager on all events in the Sports section, including real-life sports, Esports, and racing products. For Casino bonuses, Live Casino bonuses can only be used in the Live Casino section, and Slots-specific bonuses only in the Slots section. Certain games are designated as bonus games—check the 'Bonus games' filter for eligible titles.
When does my welcome bonus expire?
Your bonus must be wagered within the specified timeframe detailed in your promotion's terms and conditions. If the wagering requirement is not completed by the deadline, the bonus money and all winnings from bonus money will be forfeited. For Casino bonuses, the bonus will automatically expire if the bonus account balance falls below £0.09 for 10 minutes.
What is the maximum amount I can withdraw from my welcome bonus winnings?
The maximum amount that can be transferred to your real money account after wagering cannot exceed the multiplier amount or specified fixed amount stated in your promotion terms, whichever is greater. Check the 'Details' button on your specific promotion to learn the exact maximum withdrawal limit.
What happens if I withdraw before completing the wagering requirement?
If you initiate a withdrawal before meeting the bonus wagering requirements, the active bonus, all bonus funds, and any winnings directly connected to that bonus will be immediately forfeited. You will receive a clear notification outlining these consequences and must explicitly confirm before proceeding with the withdrawal.
Can I cancel my welcome bonus?
Yes. Once you've entered the promotion, you can cancel the bonus by pressing the 'Cancel bonus' button in the Bonuses section of your account. Once cancelled, the wagering process and bonus will be forfeited. Winnings from any unsettled bets made with the bonus will be forfeited after bet settlement.
Are there any payment methods excluded from the welcome bonus?
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, deposits made using electronic wallets or third-party payment systems (such as Skrill and Neteller) that are not debit cards or direct bank transfers are automatically excluded from qualifying for bonuses due to risk management and fraud prevention. Always check the promotion's specific terms before depositing to confirm your payment method's eligibility.
